I learned to appreciate what it took to grow the food that people so often take for granted. I knew I wanted to be a farmer but not in the traditional sense. I wanted to employ a sustainable method that allowed the same produce to be grown in a much smaller footprint. That has led me to the development of a hydroponic growing system that reduces waste while increasing the shelf life of the produce.”
